Common questions


Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. All renters must maintain their own rideshare or commercial auto insurance. We require proof of coverage before rental begins.
Is there a mileage limit?
No mileage caps. Drive as much as you need to earn. We know gig drivers put on miles — that's the whole point.
When do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit is refunded when the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented, with a full tank of gas. Typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Can I use the car for Amazon Flex or delivery?
Absolutely. Our rentals are cleared for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Instacart, and other gig platforms.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Contact us immediately. We'll work to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Normal mechanical issues that aren't caused by renter negligence are our responsibility.
How do I pay each week?
We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. Payment is due weekly on the same day you picked up the vehicle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We require 7 days written notice to end the rental. No early termination fees.
